Website & Inquiry Terms
These terms apply to use of the public website and its voluntary messaging handoff. Service pages and published prices provide information for comparison. They do not by themselves create an order, reserve capacity, or enable payment.

Current website status
The website does not operate checkout, accept payment, or automatically create a booking. Sending an inquiry is non-binding and may be withdrawn at any time before a separate service agreement is accepted.
Eligibility
Inquiries are for adults aged 18 and over. An adult parent or legal guardian may inquire about a personal-name service for a child, but the adult remains the sole point of contact.
Inquiry content
Visitors must provide information they are authorized to share and must not use the site or messaging handoff for illegal, harmful, deceptive, gambling, diagnostic, surveillance, emergency, or abusive requests.
Separate service confirmation
If a request can be accepted, the studio will provide a written confirmation identifying the client, reference number, service, deliverables, required materials, price and currency, timing, included support, correction and cancellation rules, applicable policies, and available payment method. A service begins only after that scope is accepted, required information is complete, and payment is confirmed. None of those steps occurs through this website at present.
Service boundaries
Readings are cultural and reflective interpretations; naming work is cultural and linguistic direction; the study pack is self-paced cultural education. The detailed scope, exclusions, and independent checks stated on the relevant service page remain part of any later written confirmation.
Naming and clearance
A name proposal is not a legal opinion, civil or company registration, trademark clearance, domain or handle reservation, guarantee of exclusivity, or guarantee of official acceptance. Independent legal and local-market checks remain the client’s responsibility before adoption.
Digital materials and permitted use
Reports, naming guides, worksheets, workbooks, examples, exercises, and planning portfolios are for the confirmed client’s personal or expressly confirmed project use. Original studio expression may not be reposted, resold, translated for distribution, uploaded as a course, incorporated into a competing commercial product or dataset, or taught for payment without written permission. This does not claim ownership of traditional concepts, facts, ideas, procedures, or methods and does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
External platforms
WhatsApp, WeChat, email, and other external providers operate under their own terms and availability. The studio cannot control their outages, account restrictions, or independent retention practices.
Consumer rights and future terms
Nothing on this website limits mandatory consumer rights. Before any future payment is accepted, the written confirmation must identify the applicable contracting identity, cancellation and refund terms, and any governing-law or dispute provisions relevant to the client’s location.
