These draft terms describe personalized Word/PDF reports, one-to-one WeChat or WhatsApp service conversations, and the supporting files expressly listed on each service page. The inquiry planner prepares the messaging handoff without transmitting entries; it does not create an order and payment is not collected on this website. Professional legal review is required before public payment launch.

Parties and eligibility
Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. The legal contracting identity and applicable address must appear in the final confirmation before payment is accepted. Yue Lin is a professional display name and does not replace the legal contracting identity.
What the purchase includes
The service page and written confirmation identify the Word/PDF report, included WeChat or WhatsApp review time, supporting files, required materials, delivery window, and included clarification. The selected app is used for preparation, delivery, scheduling, and follow-up. Availability and lawful service in the client’s location must be confirmed before payment.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide information they are authorized to share, disclose uncertainty such as an unknown birth time, review the scope, and avoid using the service for illegal, harmful, gambling, diagnostic, or emergency purposes.
Delivery and delay
The quoted delivery window begins on the next Beijing business day after the written scope, complete required materials, and payment are all confirmed. Beijing business days are Monday through Friday, excluding official public holidays in mainland China. Reports, supporting files, scheduling, and the included review are delivered through the selected messaging channel. Material delays are communicated with options consistent with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property and personal use
Reports, worksheets, workbooks, annotated plans, and checklists included in the written scope are intended for the purchasing client’s personal use unless a different license is confirmed in writing. The final payment terms must define permitted sharing, prohibited commercial reproduction, practitioner source materials, and treatment of client-owned photographs or plans.
Liability and governing law
Reasonable limitations, mandatory consumer rights, dispute process, governing law, and jurisdiction will be finalized after the operating identity and launch markets are confirmed. Nothing should exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
