Naming scope
Personal and commercial naming services provide cultural and linguistic direction. They do not provide a legal opinion, trademark clearance, civil or company registration, domain or social-handle reservation, exclusive rights, or guaranteed acceptance. Independent professional clearance remains the client’s responsibility.
Personal Year Compass scope
The BaZi and I Ching portfolio provides traditional cultural and reflective planning cues. It does not predict exact events or dates, guarantee outcomes, or provide medical, mental-health, legal, tax, financial, investment, employment, immigration, safety-critical, or other regulated professional advice.
Learning scope
The self-paced digital study pack is cultural education for personal study. It does not include live teaching or award a degree, diploma, licence, professional title, continuing-education credit, or practitioner certification. The files may not be shared, resold, redistributed, translated for distribution, or taught for payment without written permission.
Published scope
Every confirmed service is limited to the deliverables, required materials, support, exclusions, and timing published on its service page and repeated in the written confirmation before payment.
