Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
This website currently accepts inquiries only. It does not process payment or create an order, so submitting an inquiry does not create a payment, cancellation charge, or refund claim.

Withdraw an inquiry
A visitor may stop or withdraw an inquiry at any time before accepting a separate written service confirmation. No website fee is charged.
Before any future payment
Do not send payment based only on a public page or informal message. A future payment should be made only after receiving a written confirmation that states the reference number, service, deliverables, total price and currency, timing, start condition, cancellation and refund rules, and available payment method.
Work-start record
For a personalized service, the studio must state in writing when preparation has begun. Any cancellation outcome after that point depends on the accepted scope, work already performed, mandatory consumer law, and any proportionate-payment rule.
Digital content
If immediate digital supply is later offered, any legally required request and acknowledgement about cancellation rights must be recorded before the files or access link are supplied. This does not limit remedies for missing, defective, inaccessible, or materially misdescribed content.
Studio cannot deliver
If the studio accepts payment but cannot provide the confirmed service, the client is entitled to the remedy stated in the written confirmation and any stronger mandatory right, including a full refund where required.
Errors and access problems
Clear errors in client details, Chinese characters, script form, Pinyin, supplied birth data, chart preparation, or file delivery are corrected and redelivered without charge. Missing, corrupted, or inaccessible digital files are replaced when reasonably verified.
Duplicate payment
A verified duplicate payment is refunded through the available provider, subject to provider processing times and applicable law.
