Refund & Cancellation Policy
Personalized digital work has different cancellation conditions from a standard product. This draft states the intended refund rules clearly and remains subject to applicable consumer law.

Cancellation before work starts
The intended rule is a full refund when the client cancels before the studio sends written confirmation that personalized analysis has begun, subject to any stronger mandatory consumer right. The final checkout must record any legally required request and consent for early performance.
After personalized work begins
Once complete materials are submitted and analysis has started, a change-of-mind refund is generally unavailable because the service is made to the client’s personal information.
Studio cannot deliver
If the studio cannot provide the purchased service, the client receives a full refund.
Material uncommunicated delay
If delivery materially exceeds the promised timeline without communication, the client may choose to continue waiting, reschedule, or request a refund.
Clear factual or file error
An identified error in name, birth date, birth time, birth place, chart preparation, or file delivery will be corrected and redelivered without charge.
Disagreement is not an automatic refund reason
Disagreement with an interpretation, an expected event not occurring, or a request for certainty does not by itself create a refund right.
Duplicate payment and payment costs
A verified duplicate payment is refunded. Bank, foreign exchange, or intermediary fee treatment follows the actual payment-provider rules and applicable law.
Consumer law prevails
Where the client’s applicable consumer law provides greater protection, that protection prevails over this draft.
